The Blakely Apartments in Columbus’s Fifth by Northwest neighborhood is a mixed-use project developed by Elford Development in partnership with White Castle. Completed in 2023, the complex includes 196 residential units, about 7,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, and a 326-space parking garage. Built on the former White Castle district office site, the project reflects a modern redevelopment effort that adds both housing and neighborhood amenities to this growing area of the city.
