PROJECT OVERVIEW

Gravity 2.0 (also referred to as Gravity II) is the second phase of Kaufman Development’s innovative, art-forward mixed-use project in East Franklinton, completed in 2023. Spanning approximately 840,000 square feet, the development occupies around 5 acres and includes a diverse mix of uses: a 12-story residential and retail tower along Broad Street, 150,000 square feet of office space, a five-story apartment and townhouse project along McDowell Street, and a substantial 889-space parking garage at its core. The project blends residential, office, and retail functions with thoughtfully designed public spaces, and incorporates bold architectural expression—linking buildings and urban context through shared materials, art installations, and community-driven programming.
